Florida – Indian River County pays last installment of beach renourishment bill despite subcontractors’ dispute – TCPalm.com

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — County commissioners Tuesday closed out the North Beach restoration project, paying the final $495,746 toward a $10.1 million contract for the first project to use inland sand mines instead of offshore dredging ships.
