Mississippi – Study: Oyster reef restoration could boost Gulf Coast economy – Mississippi Press (blog)

PASCAGOULA, Mississippi — Oyster reef restoration projects using penalty money from the BP 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill could provide quadruple economic returns for the Gulf Coast states, according to a Duke University and Environmental Defense Fund study.
