Come along on a lifelong voyage of the Great Lakes

Join the second episode of North Coast Chronicles:  Tales from the Great Lakes with host, Helen Brohl.  On this show, Captain Russ Brohl - Helen's brother - shares his 30 years of experience as a captain on Great Lakes "lakers."  These freighters were built for the unique marketplace and navigation space of the region carrying iron ore, grain, salt and other bulk cargo to support America's heartland.  "Where The Boats Are" chronicles the dangers and rewards of a career sailing the Great Lakes; the biggest wave, the prettiest port; the journey from the deck to the pilot house.  Follow Helen as she takes us on another adventure on North Coast Chronicles!
